Installed a new 80-amp pool subpanel, relocated the A/C circuit to a new location with a disconnect, removed the existing subpanel, and installed temporary wiring for continued A/C operation until final equipment relocation.

Responded to a loss of power affecting the kitchen island. Diagnosed a loose connection at a receptacle, replaced the failed device, and restored power to the circuit. Verified proper voltage and operation upon completion.

Breakers were tripping when the lights were turned on, indicating an underlying issue. We traced the foyer lighting circuit and found a ground connected to a neutral wire in an outlet, which was leading to the nuisance trips. After identifying that the front chandelier caused the problem, we removed it from the circuit, allowing the circuit to hold without issues. We also replaced the 15 amp arc fault breaker in the panel for optimal safety.

To accommodate the installation of a Tesla level 2 charger, we installed two tandem 20-amp breakers, creating necessary space in the customer’s maxed electrical panel. This solution allows for efficient and reliable electric vehicle power access, ensuring that the customer can charge their vehicle conveniently at home.

A beautiful chandelier fan was needed to enhance the master bedroom’s ambiance. We installed the customer-provided fixture onto a pre-installed fan-rated box and ensured it functioned properly by verifying the voltage and operation. The ceiling now features a stunning focal point while providing comfort.

Upon customer request, we successfully relocated the receptacle to be closer to the newly installed tankless water heater. To achieve this, we repurposed the existing hot water heater circuit and converted it into a new 120-volt receptacle, thereby positioning the receptacle much closer to the point of use.

In response to the customer’s request for enhanced surge protection due to the presence of a high-surge area, a new Siemens whole-home surge breaker-style system has been installed on the panel.

Throughout the house, multiple fixtures were removed and replaced with ceiling fans in the customer’s preferred locations. The old doorbell camera was replaced with a new Ring doorbell. Additionally, a new keyless remote control for the garage door opener was programmed and installed, along with a Ring floodlight camera combo on the rear of the residence to enhance security.

Customer called stating their landscaping lights were not working. Upon arrival discovered that the breaker had failed. Removed the damaged breaker and installed a new breaker. Checked for proper voltage and operation of lighting.

Customer lost power to garage and could not open garage door. Upon arrival discovered a tripped gfci. Reset the gfci and verified proper voltage and operation of all devices on circuit.

To ensure the irrigation pump operated efficiently, we installed a dedicated circuit along the side of the house using conduit, correcting the shared neutral issue between existing pumps. Additionally, we mounted a new bell box with a two-pole switch featuring weatherproof covers, and added a back-to-back receptacle for the irrigation control panel. We also replaced the inoperable timer switch for the front sconces to restore functionality. Proper voltage and operation were verified upon completion.

To ensure the water heater operated safely and efficiently, we installed new power connections. This involved changing out the breaker to the correct size in the panel, installing a junction box on the wall, and running a new whip to the water heater. The result was a reliably powered unit ready for use.

To improve outdoor power access, we installed a new exterior GFCI receptacle ensuring safe and convenient general use. Additionally, we removed a faulty AFCI breaker and installed a new breaker to restore reliable circuit protection and improve overall electrical system performance.

Upon inspection, it was noted that the sub panel had its neutral and grounds bonded, which is not permitted. We installed a ground lug and ground bar, ensuring proper separation. All grounds were removed from the neutral bar and securely placed on the newly installed ground bar, aligning with electrical codes and safety standards.
