The replacement enhances safety and functionality, giving the customer peace of mind.
Install Receptacle
To accommodate the customer's needs for additional electrical capacity, we installed a dedicated 20 amp receptacle below the electrical panel. This installation ensures reliable power for high-demand appliances, enhancing both safety and functionality in the space. The new receptacle provides convenient access for various electrical devices, optimizing the customer's electrical system.
Conference Room Lighting
To enhance the ambiance in the conference room, we installed two customer-supplied lights above the conference room table. Additionally, we added a ceiling grid switch along with a 120v receptacle, ensuring easy control and functionality for the new lighting setup.
Emergency Repair
Two air handlers had their conduits improperly installed too close to the roof decking, leading to damage from roof screws. We removed the damaged conduit and wire, installed four junction boxes, and connected new conduit between them. New wiring was pulled in the affected areas, and we verified phasing and conducted a full circuit check to ensure there were no additional shorts.
Lighting Repair
Several fixtures were found to be non-functional, prompting our visit to address the issue. We disconnected the ballast and rewired the fixtures to accommodate ballast bypass bulbs, installing 12 new bulbs in total. Additionally, we corrected faulty electrical connections in the lighting system, ensuring optimal performance.
Chandelier Installation & Height Adjustment
Installed seven customer-supplied chandeliers at the customer's selected locations, setting each fixture to a finished hanging height of 76 inches from the floor. Six chandeliers were connected to existing electrical power, while one chandelier was installed in the outdoor area without an available power source, per the customer's request. Additionally, adjusted the hanging height of six existing chandeliers to the customer's desired height of 76 inches. Verified proper voltage, secure installation, and correct operation of all powered fixtures upon completion.
Loss Of Power Troubleshooting
Responded to a loss of power affecting the office area. Diagnosed the issue as a tripped breaker that could not fully reset due to improperly installed breaker ties. Reset the breaker, restored power to the affected circuit, and verified proper voltage and operation upon completion.

Commercial Lighting & Circuit Upgrades
To enhance the functionality of the conference room, we installed a dedicated circuit and receptacle for the mini fridge while also replacing standard switches with 0-10V dimmer switches for improved office lighting control. In the cubicle and sales areas, we added additional dimmer locations and wiring. A dedicated 20-amp circuit was created for the break room microwave to prevent nuisance tripping. In the break room, we implemented a TV power solution featuring a recessed data box, receptacle, and hidden cord pathway. Additionally, we installed conduit and a junction box for the R&D room's lighting controls and integrated the customer's supplied Cromadim LED lighting, dimmers, and ballast according to the specified layout. Adjustments to the ceiling grid in the R&D room were made to align the new lighting fixtures perfectly. Finally, we verified the entire system's proper operation upon completion.

The existing electrical setup in the break room lacked a safe power source for appliances near the sink. We installed a 20 amp GFCI outlet using the dedicated circuit from an old drinking fountain, ensuring compliance with safety standards. This enhancement provides reliable and safe electricity for a variety of kitchen needs.
Troubleshoot Pole Lights
Troubleshooting the pole lights revealed a critical issue: a dead short in the 480 circuit connected to the pole near the church. After isolating the circuit and inspecting the hand holes, we identified a short within the pole, likely in one of the shoe boxes. Additionally, some LED lights on other poles had chewed wires, disconnecting them. Once the problematic pole was disconnected, power was restored, and the lights illuminated.

We also unwired two non-functional light fixtures in the warehouse to enhance efficiency.
Office Power Installation & Furniture Connections
We addressed the need for power supply in three cubicle locations by identifying suitable circuits and leaving electrical whips in the ceiling for the furniture installation. In the conference room, power was relocated for a television setup. After the furniture company failed to connect power, we returned to ensure all connections were properly wired and functioning at the correct voltage.
High Bay Light Installation

Added the necessary wiring, conduit, and junction boxes, along with a Caséta smart switch location for convenient lighting control from the front entrance. In the restrooms, replace four switches, two GFCI receptacles, and all covers with new white devices.
Due Diligence Inspection
During the due diligence inspection, we meticulously examined the electrical systems across each building, identifying potential hazards and inefficiencies. Every issue discovered was carefully documented, resulting in a comprehensive list presented to the customer for informed decision-making. This thorough approach ensures all electrical concerns are addressed efficiently.
Bathroom Refresh / Office Electrical Updates
To enhance functionality and safety in the restrooms, we installed four recessed receptacles for mirrors in both the women's and men's bathrooms. Additionally, we set up circuits in two gang boxes near the vanity to protect these switched receptacles with GFCI. In the conference room and three offices, we removed outdated ivory receptacles and switches, replacing them with new white 20 amp fixtures. Finally, we installed low voltage wiring and a dimmer in the far left office for improved lighting control.
