To ensure efficient cooling, we installed A/C power for new air handlers by routing two runs of 10/2 wiring through the hard pan ceiling from the electrical room. Utilizing panel LA2, we set up two 240-volt 20-amp breakers to properly feed the units. Additionally, we installed non-fused disconnects on the exterior of the building for safe operation of each unit.

Diagnosed intermittent pool breaker trips caused by GFCI interference. Reconfigured breakers, installed a new 20-amp two-pole breaker, relocated GFCI protection for improved operation, and replaced damaged Carflex connector at pool light box.

Replacing an old chandelier with recessed lights transformed the room’s lighting. We removed the chandelier and utilized the existing power to install four recessed light fixtures near the garage. Additionally, we updated the switch to a dimmer switch for enhanced control over the lighting ambiance. Upon completion, we verified proper voltage and functionality to ensure optimal performance.

To enhance the kitchen's lighting, we installed three customer-supplied pendant lights above the kitchen island, connecting them to the existing switch for the recessed light. Additionally, we added four 6” wafer lights around the stove and pantry, controlled by the switch for the center recessed lights. On the back porch, we ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit to create a GFCI outlet and installed a switch for outdoor lighting, complete with a quad outlet for controlling string lights. In the bathroom, we set up a dedicated 20 amp circuit with a GFCI outlet specifically for the new bidet toilet.

In updating the guest bathroom, we installed a recessed receptacle in the location of an old mirror to accommodate a new lighted mirror. Additionally, we replaced the vanity light and relocated it to fit new measurements for the mirror and sink. To enhance safety, a GFCI outlet was installed to eliminate the need for trips to the garage for resets.

The existing undersized panel was inadequate for the home's electrical needs, prompting the need for an upgrade. We removed the old panel and installed a 200 amp 40/80 ABB main breaker panel, enhancing the overall electrical capacity. The new panel also included a whole home surge protector, ensuring robust protection against potential power surges.

Removed the existing light fixtures in the entryway, dining room, and living room. Installed new customer-supplied light fixtures in the original locations, ensuring all mounting hardware and electrical connections were properly secured.

An outdated forklift charger was causing operational delays, so we installed a new charger at the location specified by the customer. After re-tapping the unit to ensure proper voltage at 480 volts, 3-phase, we verified its functionality to guarantee seamless operation.

The existing garage light was outdated, requiring us to remove the old bulbs. We rewired the lighting fixture to accommodate ballast bypass bulbs and successfully installed two new bulbs, ensuring everything operates correctly.

To accommodate the installation of the hot tub, we utilized the existing spa circuit and installed the customer-supplied sub panel. We also ran conduit from the panel, stubbing it up at the location flagged by the installation company. For the sauna, we connected it to the existing circuit from the pool equipment panel, running new 1/2” carflex and installing a GFCI outlet in the specified location. For the outdoor kitchen, we ran a dedicated circuit from the electrical panel to the back of the house, providing a GFCI-protected outlet in a two-gang box for multiple appliances.

After a flood in the upper level of the condo, we conducted a thorough inspection of the main panel. Despite extensive water exposure, we found no moisture inside the panel or around the breakers, confirming it was safe. We verified proper voltage and operation upon completion.

Two flood lights needed to be removed and replaced with customer-supplied fixtures. We successfully completed the installation of the new flood lights and addressed a fan controller that was malfunctioning.
