Outdoor Kitchen Power & Recessed Lighting
Installed a new outdoor kitchen receptacle, replaced the kitchen GFCI with a Decora receptacle, and installed a GFCI breaker for circuit protection. Installed four 6" wafer lights in two rooms using existing switch power. Verified proper operation upon completion.
Tankless Water Heater / Refrigerator Receptacle Installation
To enhance convenience and safety, we installed a GFCI receptacle outdoors specifically for the gas tankless water heater, utilizing the fridge receptacle already located in the garage. Additionally, we installed a new receptacle to the right of the fridge for easy access, eliminating the hassle of reaching behind the appliance.
Porch Electrical Renovation & Outdoor Kitchen Power Installation
Completed electrical upgrades as part of the porch renovation, including the installation of two dedicated 20-amp GFCI-protected circuits for the outdoor kitchen and the addition of tandem breakers to accommodate the new circuits. Installed new lighting, prepared wiring for ceiling fans, relocated power for the mini-split system, added a receptacle for a television, concealed the coaxial cable within the wall, and modified the exterior lighting layout. All work was completed safely, tested, and verified for proper operation.
