RV Receptacle
To accommodate the customer's needs for RV power access, we installed a 30-amp receptacle connected to a new 30-amp single-pole Square D QO breaker, utilizing the existing jacuzzi tub breaker location in the master bathroom. After completing the installation, we verified proper voltage and operation to ensure reliable performance for the RV.
Water Heater Circuit Relocation
Rerouted the existing water heater circuit to the new water heater location through the pantry using the space beneath the stairs. Reused the existing junction box from the previous water heater installation and installed a new disconnect with a 5-foot whip for connection to the new water heater. Verified proper voltage and operation upon completion.
Lighting Upgrades
Upgraded the home's lighting by installing new under-cabinet lighting controls, replacing existing recessed lighting with LED retrofit fixtures, installing new dimmer switches, and repairing inoperative lighting and fan controls.
Jetted Tub Circuit Installation
To ensure safe and reliable power for the jetted tub, we installed a dedicated 20-amp Siemens GFCI breaker along with a new circuit specifically designed for the tub's requirements. This upgrade enhances electrical safety and functionality, providing the homeowner with peace of mind and improved performance.
Dedicated EV Charging Receptacle Installation & Panel Circuit Identification
Installed a dedicated 120-volt receptacle on the front of the home to provide a reliable power source for an electric vehicle trickle charger. We also identified and labeled the majority of the circuits in the electrical panel, improving organization and making future maintenance and troubleshooting easier.
